Foster high functioning teamwork across the channels, within Intermediary Investor Business (IIB) sales and throughout the iProducts and BGI community. Represent the Institutional channel in home office cross-functional groups, strategy development, initiatives and special projects. Oversee BDA reporting of attendance, travel and expenses, and performance evaluations. B.A./B.S. degree is required. Graduate coursework or degree is preferred. NASD Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses are required. Series 24 is preferred. CIMA, CFP, CFA or wealth management certification is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success and regard as a leader among industry peers and trusted resource to advisors and leverage partners is required. Previous sales management experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge of industry trends, the Institutional environment, and home office/national accounts personnel and organization is needed.
